A light ceramic shade on the fronts still rejects infrared heat — up to 95% IR per 3M, varying by film and shade — which is the point for Los Angeles and Long Beach summers. Darker is not always cooler. Ceramic is.
The windshield stays clear except the top 4 inches. Rear sides and the back glass have no VLT cap, so we quote limo-dark back there when you want privacy. OC and LA drivers who commute at night keep the fronts legal so they can see, then go dark in the rear.
We are not a ticket shop. We will walk the medical-exemption path if you have a physician certification. We will not claim a dark front is legal because a meter in another state said so. No public prices. Payment plan available.
